Normally all Prosol products that are in stock and ordered before 3pm (on a working day) are shipped the same day and in ALL cases within two working days. Third party products such as Lift Spares and Sealey Power Tools products are shipped direct from supplier within two to three working days. For items NOT in stock you will be notified of stock availability when order is processed. Most goods are sent via UPS 24 hours service with some smaller items sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
Prosol UK are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our site. Our staff themselves use other Internet sites and hence understand the importance of Internet privacy. All card details are securely transmitted over the internet using Industry Standard SSL encryption provided by Thawte. For Paypal and Google Checkout orders Credit card details are NOT stored on our website. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of our delivery service to you - e.g. arranging for a shipping of a product, carrying out credit and other security checks or where we have your express permission to do so.
Prosol UK are proud of our good customer service record so if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt, well packaged and in re-saleable condition. Custom designed products however cannot be returned unless faulty. To return an item contact us on 0114 2557700 to arrange collection via UPS or for details on how to return item (at not cost to yourself). We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Prosol UK it may take up to 48 hours to credit the purchaser's account.
