Warranty for Re-manufactured Toner Cartridge for use in VOSA MOT Printer
Our toner cartridge supplier warrants that its supplied products, when stored, installed and used under normal conditions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product fails during the warranty period, the product will be replaced. Replacement of goods shall neither extend or decrease the warranty period.
Our supplier warrants that its product will not damage the printhead or printing mechanism when stored, installed and used in accordance with Our supplier, or the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a printhead or printing mechanism caused solely and directly by use of our product, Our supplier will pay the reasonable cost of service and repair of the printhead or printing mechanism so damaged, or possibly replace the printer if more cost effective, provided the buyer:
1. Notifies Prosol UK (Automotive) Ltd of such damage in writing within thirty days.
2. Delivers to Our Supplier (details supplied to you following notification above) a written service report, signed by authorised technical service personnel, identifying the supply product as the sole cause of such damage, along with print samples and damaged or replaced parts.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITIATION WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY AND SETS FORTH BUYERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTER CARTRIDGE SUPPLIES LTD BE LIABLE FOR COLLATERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITIATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF, OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY GOODS SOLD PURSUANT HERETO.
The above warranties extend to the Buyer and all warranty claims must be made by the buyer.
